Add 1 cup boiling water to gelatin mix and for stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 of cup cold water, then refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Keep refrigerated. To make using speed-set method: dissolve gelatin mix in 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir in 1-1/4 cups of ice water into gelatin until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice and refrigerate for 90 minutes to 2 hours until firm.
