Add 2 cups of boiling water to gelatin mix in a medium bowl and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in 2 cups of cold water then refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. To make using speed set method, add 1-1/2 cups of boiling water to gelatin mix and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix 2-1/2 cups of ice water to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened. Remove remaining ice. Refrigerate for 30 to 90 minutes, or until firm.
