How to find a specific product ?

Type the product name on the search bar or select the catagory product belongs from the catagory  list and go through the products and pick what you are looking for. if you still can’t find your product contact us we will find it for you.

Cash on delivery accepted ?

Yes we accept cash on delivery. You just have to select “cash on delivery” when you checkout.

How long will it take to deliver ?

usually delivery time would be within 48 hours if you live around colombo.
and we provide next day delivery service only for colombo area with an additional cost. For out of colombo we use first class postal service.

Can i do any changes to my order after is placed ?

Yes you can, But you have to contact us before the order has been dispatched.

Can I return any product ?

Yes you can, But the condition of the product will affect the refund. for instance if you use a half of the perfume then you will not receive any refund on this. But if there is a quality issue we will give you a complete refund. We will not take the items back if it is more than 7 days.

Do i have to pay for the return Fee?

Yes you do. you have to take care of the return cost also handling fees. this may vary according to the product. If you are returning an item more than Rs.500 or more must be returned in priority shipping.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Purchases?

galleria.lk process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with a range of delivery options available at the checkout. Depending upon your location and the time of your order being placed, you can receive your order as soon as the next working day!

Are the products that you sell real?

All our products are completely genuine. We do not sell any counterfeit or fake products. We sell the same name brand designer products you will find in all the big retail department stores except not at the big retail prices.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you can log in as a guest, but just to make you aware by creating an account with us it allows you to save and amend delivery addresses, check the status of your order, review order history and in the unlikely hood you need to return anything to us.

You can request this through your account.

Obviously, we would always recommend creating an account. With galleria.lk account, you can:

– Save and amend a delivery address

– Check the status of your order

– Request a return (in the very unlikely scenario that you’re not completely satisfied…!)
