Our Return Policy

The item sold in Galleria maybe return within 7 days if they are still sealed and unused. Most of the product have different policies or requirement associated with them. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

Customers are advised to check order details carefully before submitting orders as changes cannot be made once the order has been placed. will not grant compensation for inconvenience and loss experienced as a result.

Grocery items (including GalleriaSugerFree and eatable item) are not returnable to Please contact us.

Who is going to pay for Return ?
the customer has to take care of the return expenses unless the delivery is the Expired or Wrong item and the item over 500 rupees or more must be returned in priority shipping.
